How to use
Boil water in a pot and add a half-spoon of the powder to the boiling water. Lean over the pot with a towel over your head to trap the steam for 3 to 5 minutes. Follow up immediately by applying the cool water paste version of the mask.
Important Application Rules
Never let a Lepa dry completely: Wash the paste off when it is about 70% dry (when it feels sticky but starts cracking). Letting a herbal paste dry completely into a hard crust can strip the skin's moisture barrier and cause irritation.
Avoid night application: Unless used strictly as a minor spot treatment, classical Ayurveda advises against keeping full-face Lepas on overnight, as it can disturb the skin's natural heat balance.
